Pickup/Delivery Pickup occurs at the delivery address you specify. Orders due on the Sunday of your choice will be picked up the Friday directly preceding the delivery date. Orders are picked up between 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday and returned between 1:00 - 8:00pm on Sunday. Each order of soiled laundry awaiting pickup should be set out in a separate bag with a copy of the order confirmation placed inside the bag (or a note with your name and address). Please set out in a location that is easy for our driver to find, or include pickup spot directions in the order's special requests box at the end of checkout. Please include hangers if you wish for your order to be hung. Otherwise, we offer plastic hangers for $4 per order. We always protect your privacy and provide no-contact pickup and delivery. All orders are delivered in tied bags that weigh no more than 15 lbs. You are welcome to call, text, or email any time with order concerns or questions. Washing & Drying Each order is washed separately. We wash and dry with temperatures specified by item tags. Colors are always separated from whites. Items are thoroughly dried before bagging. We use high-quality Persil soap products, no fabric softener, and no residue/scent-free hypoallergenic dryer sheets. If an alternative washing or drying product(s) is desired, the customer must include the product and specify instructions in the order's special requests box at the end of checkout. Service Contract One student uniform order includes up to five uniform bottoms, five tops, and two miscellaneous items. 5% off on orders for multiple students in the same household. Free shipping for orders over $100. You may add a sports jersey to a student order for an additional $6.95. A sports jersey order includes the jersey being washed and folded/hung, and including stain treatment/removal if needed. All sports items will be carefully inspected and a great effort will be made to remove noticeable stains. If stains are unable to be removed, we will discuss next steps with you promptly and come to a fair resolution. Customer Service is Our Top Priority In the event that your item(s) cannot be cleaned or is inadvertently damaged by us, we will contact you and discuss resolution steps that are acceptable to you. By ordering from us, you agree to arbitration in the event that your item(s) is damaged and/or if you feel you have suffered a loss in any way because of our services. We promise to make every effort to come to a fair resolution in the event that you are unsatisfied for any reason. Our Expectations from You Items will be briefly inspected during washing, but should be free of hazardous waste and pests. Items will be returned unwashed if excessive soil, hazardous waste or pests are found on the soiled laundry. All laundry orders should be set out in a bag that closes in a conspicuous place near the front of your property with a copy of the order confirmation inside the bag (or a note with your name and address). If you live in a secured building, be sure to provide an access code (or means and permission to contact you upon our arrival) in the order's special requests box at the end of checkout. 30 lbs. Increments We only do general laundry orders in 30 lbs. increments. Besides student uniform orders, any laundry bag that weighs more than 30 lbs. will be charged for two orders, unless it exceeds 60 lbs, and so forth. Our drivers are only equipped to lift 30 lb. bags--if a bag is too heavy, it is at the pickup driver's discretion to refuse the order. In the event that your bag is too heavy, we will discuss next steps with you promptly and come to a fair resolution. Hanging scales are available for purchase on our website.
